Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We provide our clients with an easy, on-line way to book studio time. As the ability to sell time is our product, we have pretty strict guidelines about your responsibilities in the contracting for time.

Booking time requires that you pay for your time upfront at the time of checkout. This is means that contractually, we have reserved that time for your project exclusively and therefore, your purchase covers the hours your reserved.

Leasing time from Say Watt Sound, you agree to be responsible for our equipment. Any damage to gear due to negligence or misuse is your financial responsibility.

You must end your session in enough time to have everything packed and cleared so the next session can start on time.

  • If your session starts late, that time will not carry forward to the next time slot.
  • 48 hour cancellation policy
  • you are financially responsible for damage due negligence or misuse
  • The studio is cleared for the next session at the end of your time slot so the next session can start on time.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your session, you must provide notice 48 hours prior to time of your reserved slot. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours means that your are not entitled to a refund or a credit as late cancellations prevents us from reselling the time you reserved. We have to charge you for your slot.

We appreciate that things can and do happen. In the event that you need to cancel last minute, we attempt to resell your time and if successful, we may refund you payment at our discretion. Contractually, we are under no obligation to do so, but as humans we will be fair.

Refunds

If you cancel a session or have unused session time, we will issue  a credit to the same card you paid with.
